Registration
If you wish to attend MobileHCI09, you should register and pay first. We will provide early and late on-line registration at discounted prices, as well as on-site registration.
Where can I register?

However, if you have an accepted submission, we recommend you to use the registration link in the notification of acceptance mail of that submission; that link pre-loads the registration system with the paper-IDs you should register as an author.

What are the registration deadlines?
- Monday, June 29th, 2009 at 23:59 PM CEST Berlin: Early on-line registration deadline at substantially discounted prices.
- Monday, August 24th (extended!), 2009 at 23:59pm CEST Berlin: Late on-line registration deadline at discounted prices; after this deadline, only on-site registration at normal prices is possible.
- Monday, September 14th, 2009: Start of on-site registration.

The MobileHCI09 conference registration fee includes:
- access to MobileHCI09 conference sessions, lunches and exhibits on September 16-18, 2009
- access to the MobileHCI09 Conference Dinner
- MobileHCI09 Conference Proceedings Book and on DVD-ROM
Expenses for travel and accommodation are not included in the conference fee and have to be arranged and paid for by the conference attendee.
Certain additional items, such as hard copy proceedings and access to tutorials can be ordered via the on-line registration system at an additional fee.
Terms and Conditions
MobileHCI09 is organized by Fraunhofer FIT, whose local office is at Schloss Birlinghoven, 53754 Sankt Augustin, Germany (Fraunhofer e.V. V.A.T. nr: DE129515865) and University of Siegen. By registering for MobileHCI09, you agree to the terms and conditions specific for MobileHCI09, listed on this page.
Payment
Payment by bank transfer is recommended for European participants because it is free of charge for both parties. Credit card is due immediately upon registration. We only support payment by Master and VISA credit cards.
Cancellation and Substitution
- Cancellation: A refund will only be made, minus € 75 administrative costs, for cancellations made in writing to and received by the conference secretary on or before Monday 29 June 2009. Refunds will only be made after the conference.
Any other refunds will be made at the sole discretion of the organizer. - Substitution: From Monday, June 29, 2009 until Monday, August 24, 2009, delegate substitutions are still possible (online, via the MobileHCI09 registration system). After Monday, August 24, 2009, delegate substitutions are only possible at the sole discretion of the organizer.
